Before she could say anything, she heard Pei Nanjue's low and magnetic voice, "Xuan Xuan, are you afraid to see me?" Pei Nanjue opened his mouth and unconsciously became more intimate with the way he addressed her.
When she heard Pei Nanjue's address, she felt as if her heart had been hit by a powerless impact. She looked at him as if he was a lunatic.

"Come, let's go eat." Pei Nanjue did not mind her displeasure at all. He took her hand again and dragged her towards his car without any explanation.
Chu Jiaxuan frowned in delight when she was dragged by him. "I don't want to eat with you!" A strong tone came out of Chu Jiaxuan's mouth and her eyes were cold and stubborn.

"Do you really have to be so cruel to me? Are you not even willing to have a meal now? Are you that afraid of me?" Pei Nanjue spoke with an injured tone, and there was disappointment in the depths of his eyes.
Did he really hate him that much? Was he not willing to have a meal with him?
Did she know how cruel she was?
"Afraid of you?" She knew Pei Nanjue said that on purpose. However, Chu Jiaxuan's emotions were still affected.

After getting in, the car sped all the way to the biggest restaurant in A City. Pei Nanjue had already booked a seat early in the morning. So when they arrived, the waiter immediately led them into the private room.
After sitting down, Pei Nanjue snapped his fingers and the waiter began to serve the dishes.
Chu Jiaxuan looked at Pei Nanjue. She really did not know what to say about his recent abnormal behavior.
