Chu Jiaxuan nodded and followed Pei Nanjue to ward.
She looked at the bed. Chu Jiaxuan felt more pain in her heart. When he was awake, Chu Jiaxuan had never been so close to him. She did not expect him to be sick at such close range.
He reached out and touched the little guy's delicate facial features. His eyes were red.
Pei Nanjue stood beside her. He reached out and patted her on the back. "Don't worry, he's fine now."
Chu Jiaxuan looked up and hid in Pei Nanjue's arms. "Pei Nanjue, my heart hurts. He doesn't want to come near me..."
She patted her back and kissed her brow. "It will be okay. Don't be sad. I am here."
Chu Jiaxuan nodded and leaned weakly into his embrace.
Outside the window, Nightview had already descended. The stars in the night sky were shining. There was someone who had a good dream. Some people found it hard to sleep. But the darkness would eventually welcome light.
The next day, Chu Jiaxuan stayed by the little guy's side for the night. When she woke up, she found that the little guy was still asleep. His sleeping face was especially peaceful and he looked especially cute.

Her son actually said that he was a murderer. Chu Jiaxuan froze on the spot and momentarily forgot her reaction as she looked at him in a daze.
The little fellow's eyes were missing a circle in the ward and did not see Lin Qing'er's figure.
He looked at Chu Jiaxuan and said fiercely, "Where is Lin Qing'er? I want Lin Qing'er. I don't want to see you."
Hearing his words, Chu Jiaxuan's sunshine became redder. She walked to the little guy's side and wanted to hug him. "Xuanxuan, mother is not a murderer. I am your mother..."

Blood gushed out and even the air was filled with the smell of blood.
The little fellow felt a fishy smell in his mouth. He opened his eyes and looked at Chu Jiaxuan's arm. Fresh blood rushed into her eyes. He was stunned for a moment and looked up to see Chu Jiaxuan's face.
"Xuanxuan, I am not a murderer. What happened that day was an accident..." Chu Jiaxuan endured the pain in her heart and opened her mouth to explain.
But when the little guy heard her words, he immediately shook off her hand and said fiercely, "Get lost. I do not want to see you..."
Chu Jiaxuan was thrown by him and accidentally took two steps back.
When Pei Nanjue came in and saw this, his face turned black, but when she saw Chu Jiaxuan's bleeding arm, the frost on her face was even more like an ice sleeve.
