One Piece: Supreme King

She had been waiting for this day for who knows how long.    

"Haha, you little brat, you're finally married! I'm coming to drink!"    

At this moment, a boorish laughter suddenly rang out, drowning out the voices of everyone in the courtyard.    

Who else could this voice be other than Karp?
