Evolve from a Tree

C278 Happy New Year

C278 Happy New Year

2"Moo!"    0

A thunder-like mooing sound came from the bottom of the lake. Ripples appeared on the surface of the originally calm lake as water bubbled violently. A pair of yellow lanterns lit up under the clear water.

The white crane spread its wings and elegantly flew away from the bull's horn, accompanying the cloud mist in the sky.

Crash! *

A black shadow floated up from the bottom of the lake. As soon as the shadow emerged from the water, the sky darkened and it started to drizzle. Only then did it realize that the yellow lantern lighting up at the bottom of the lake was actually its eyes!

Although this black shadow was as big as a small mountain, it was extremely nimble. The light that it blocked by the lake reflected off a large black shadow, nearly covering a third of the lake's surface.

From this, it could be seen just how big this black shadow was!

This was a cyan bull, its eyes looked like they belonged to an old farmer who had gone through many vicissitudes of life, the aura on its body was pure and calm.

Squeak squeak squeak!

The sound came from a tall, straight, and beautiful pine tree not far away. There was a fist-sized hole in the trunk of the pine tree, and three small heads popped out of it.

They were three small, fiery hamsters, just like the Fire Raven. From afar, they looked like three burning flames.

One of the three hamsters had its head stacked on top of the other, while the other three were stacked on top of each other, perfectly covering the hole in the tree.

They happily ran out of the tree hole and slid down from the pine tree. As if their feet were slathered in oil, they ran to the side of the mountain sized cyan bull and climbed up its muscular forelimbs onto its back. They gathered above the cyan bull's head and cried out in high spirits.

The cyan bull did not seem to mind this kind of offense. It swept its thick and sturdy tail, turned around and walked towards the center of the valley.

From above the blue sky came the sharp cry of the Golden Crack Stone.

Huala!

The feathers on its body were shiny and black, giving off a feeling of a metallic substance. The feathers on the edge of its wings were like tightly arranged knives, and as long as they lightly streaked across the enemy's body, they would be easily cut into deep, bone-deep gashes.

Behind the handsome black Divine Condor was a group of giant eagles arranged in an umbrella formation. These eagles' eyes were as sharp as knives, able to penetrate into the hearts of those who had ulterior motives.

About two kilometers away from the center of the valley, there were a few wooden buildings. These buildings were simple and crude, as if they were made from a pile of logs.

Although these buildings were simple and crude, there was no doubt that they possessed the unique aura of a human civilization.

Creak. The wooden door was pushed open, and a few bearded, weird-looking looking humans walked out. They were all wearing clothes made from animal skins, and under their feet were sneakers that only modern civilization could wear.

However, this strange appearance in the valley was nothing out of the ordinary. It was as if this kind of appearance was extremely normal.

Judging from the language they used, they were by no means prehistoric people.

The person in charge of these three auras was the most powerful, and actually a spirit who had reached the Spirit Stage. Although the other two people had yet to break through their Spirit Stage, the auras they faintly revealed were not small.

"Speaking of which, more than half a year has passed since we came here. Time flies by so quickly." The leader of the group said with a look of regret on his face.

"That's right, we can still clearly remember yesterday. In the blink of an eye, New Year's Day arrived. I never thought that Tree God would also want to use our holiday."

"Isn't that good enough? This means that Tree God treats all living creatures equally, haha. "

The three of them were stunned. They looked at each other, smiled, and said, "Happy New Year."
