C266 God Says That If You Want to be Rich You must Have Many Trees

2"Here!"     2

The ugly giant with tentacles on his face waved his hand.

"We got it!"

"Oh?!"

Hearing Nyarlathotep's shout, the green giant with the octopus head and the Six Legged Beast covered in carapace came over to greet him.

Du Kang carefully sized up the monster in Nyarlathotep's hand. It was different from the monster that was thrown here. This monster had ten horns on its head. The skin on its body had also turned from smooth to rough, and even had scales on it. It still had eight legs, but it was no longer the shape of a cow leg. Instead, he looked more like a hippo's short legs.

The only thing that did not change was... The only thing that didn't change was the barking that sounded like a dog.

"This thing can really be eaten... Eh?" Du Kang seemed to have noticed something. He pointed in the direction where Nyarlathotep came from, "What are those green ones?"

"Let's break the rocks." Nyarlathotep looked back. "It's not a big deal. It's normal to have some special minerals on some planets in the sea of stars."

"Oh."

Du Kang lost interest in those green stones. With his experience, he could easily tell that the quality of these stones was average. It was hard to use them as handmade materials.

However, he should still bring some of these green stones back. After all, this was a mineral he had never seen before. Perhaps there might be something special about it.

"Can I eat it now?"

Cthulhu stared at the monster in Nyarlathotep's hand. He had been waiting for a long time.

"Yes." Nyarlathotep directly broke the monster's neck, "carapace monster, come and help."

"Alright."

Du Kang nodded and followed Nyarlathotep and Cthulhu into the distance.

He would come back to collect the minerals after dinner.

————————

Enduring the intense pain, he held onto the broken sword and struggled to stand up.

The parent bodies of those monsters were too powerful. With just a roar, even though he had the strongest physique in the entire Inkstone Tribe, his body was still shattered.

But what about those soldiers whose bodies were not as strong as his?

He looked around the battlefield.

Emerald stones scattered all over the ground.

Just now, they were still brave warriors who fought side by side with him.

They were all dead...

An unknown liquid flowed out of his eyes.

He also didn't know why it was like this, the stone golem's body clearly couldn't let anything out. However, the liquid flowing out of his eyes couldn't stop at all.

The one who brought these heroic warriors to their deaths was himself.

He suddenly bent down and started picking up the green gravel like a madman.

He didn't know what was the point of doing this. He only knew that he should bring these warriors back after he brought them out. He should bring them back to the Inkstone Tribe. Let them go home.

One piece, two pieces. More and more green stones were picked up by him, but he refused to put any of them back on the ground.

He wanted to take them home... What is this?

He looked at a rather complete stone golem in front of him. There were several large cracks on its body that looked as if they had been hacked with knives and axes.

Brother Freeman... you're also dead?

"Kid! What are you stunned for! Quickly pull me! "

What?

He stared blankly at the stone golem in front of him.

Although he was heavily injured and extremely weak, he was still alive.

"Big brother Freeman." He stabilized his emotions and lightly supported the tall stone golem in front of him, "You..."

"Not dead." Freeman borrowed the momentum to sit up." No need to be so careful, I'm not that weak... Sigh! Lightly! My arm is about to break!"

Er...

He let go of his arm and looked at Freeman, who was trying hard to stand up.

"Phew..." Freeman let out a breath as he stood up, "Fortunately, before this crusade, I managed to condense the fourth Emerald Star and reached the same level as you. Otherwise..."

Freeman was suddenly stunned.

What appeared in front of Freeman right now was a field of emerald-green gravel.

"Are... are they all dead?"

Even before the crusade, freeman was already prepared to sacrifice everyone, but when he truly saw this field of gravel, he was still unable to withstand such a blow.

"What about the parent bodies of those monsters?"

"The parent bodies of those monsters have disappeared." Facing Freeman's question, he was somewhat puzzled, "They were taken away by a big hand. Big Brother Freeman, you didn't see it?"

"What big hand?"

"It's probably that big... with five fingers... "

He gestured at Freeman, only to discover that he was at a loss.

"Brother Freeman, you didn't see it?"

"No..." Freeman shook his head. "What exactly did you see?"

"I..."

He suddenly realized that he had no way to truly describe the appearance of that arm.

"I can't explain it clearly." He sighed, "Forget it, let's not talk about that for now. Now the parent bodies of those monsters have disappeared. Brother Freeman, what do you plan to do?"

" Plans... "

Freeman looked around at the green gravel that covered the ground.

"I want to bring my brothers home."

Go home...

He nodded.

"Take our brothers home."

————————

Not too big of a lake, three monsters were sitting around a huge grill in a ball.

"Can I eat it?"

The green giant with the octopus head stared at the monster on the grill.

"It should be enough..." The ugly giant with tentacles on its face looked at the fire, "Why don't we try it first?"

"Let's try it first."

The Six Legged Beast covered in carapace waved its appendages, cutting off three pieces of flesh from the monster's body.

"Let's try it first and see how it goes"

As he spoke, Du Kang placed the piece of meat into his mouth.

Uh...

Du Kang's prawn face was as black as the bottom of a pot.

This feeling was...

"What the hell is this!" Cthulhu spat out half of the meat that he had chewed and then threw the piece of meat that he had bitten onto the ground. "It tastes like sand! Who can eat this!?"

"Uh... mistake, mistake." Nyarlathotep also spat out the meat in his mouth, "Maybe it's not cooked yet! Right! Not cooked yet!"

"Nyar, forget it." Du Kang shook his head. "Do you believe what you just said?"

"I... Alright." Nyarlathotep helplessly lowered his head. "I messed up. But this method is really possible. It's just that the preparation time this time is too short..."

"If you want me to say it, follow my method." Du Kang pointed to the lake not far away, "Turning a planet from having no life to having life is not that simple. At the very least, we need to build up the ecological environment first."

"Ecological environment?" Nyarlathotep quickly understood what Du Kang meant. "You mean we should plant some plants first? That's too slow."

"How could it be slow? Plants grow very quickly."

Du Kang looked at Nyarlathotep and pointed at his appendages.

"Besides, can't you change it?"
